Free 2-Day Shipping is available for
– Orders of 25 or more LCD pieces, or
– Orders totaling $500 or more (whichever is reached first)
Orders below this threshold will incur standard shipping charges calculated at checkout.
All order discrepancies, including shipping damage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For broken/damaged items, report within 3 days of receipt.
Customers who purchase over $1,000/month qualify for 1 free ground return shipping label per month. Other customers may request a prepaid return label, with a $15 fee deducted from the credit amount.
Return labels do not include insurance; customers must arrange insured shipping if required.
Items returned that do not meet warranty conditions (e.g., cracked screens, third-party parts, non-our inventory) will be stored for 15 days. Customers may request their return; otherwise, they will be recycled.
