For our return & warranty policy; to demonstrate our confidence in the quality and reliability of all products all of our parts will carry a warranty that is simple and easy to understand.
Customers may return unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. All returns must be in original and packaging with no physical damages. Credit will be issued at the lower of the purchase price or the current price, minus shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in resalable condition. However, a 10% restocking fee will apply if packaging is damaged or missing.
Our general repair parts come with a lifetime warranty, batteries come with a 1 year warranty, tools and supplies come with a 30-day warranty, pre-owned devices come with a 60-day warranty, all other accessories come with a 30-day warranty.
